Shipping
All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped with Australia Post between Monday to Thursday. We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only via standard shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 or FREE for orders over $150 (excluding bulky items).
International shipping is calculated at checkout and is subject to total order weight. Please note that some countries may charge additional fees such as custom duties and taxes. These charges are payable by the receiver and VICI Swim is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally.
Please note that bulky items are unavailable for International Shipping.
*IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USA CUSTOMERS - As information on new tariffs and fees are still developing please ensure to check the latest information for your region. VICI Swim is not responsible for paying any additional fees for US shipping.
Returns
At VICI we want you to be happy with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Full priced items are eligible for exchange or refund, however, sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in their original conditions, unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with the original tags and packaging.
International orders are not eligible for an exchange, if you need to return an item you will receive a store credit to the value of the returned product. Except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
Important Note: Any products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully if you are purchasing a Final Sale item.
To return your item/s, please:
- Download and complete our returns form - Return Form
- Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensure tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition
- Post the item along with the returns form to us at: 9/178 Redland Bay Rd, Capalaba QLD Australia 4157
- Ensure to keep the tracking number for your return, we endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible
Please note that is it the customers responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. Should you choose to receive an exchange, VICI will cover the shipping costs to post the new item to you.
Damages
Manufacturing faults are rare, but if you receive a product or garment with a fault please email us at hello@vici.com.au.
To receive a refund or exchange, please:
- Leave all original packing and tags attached.
- Take clear photos of the product faults and include them in your email.
- We will review your claim and upon approval a full refund or exchange will be provided, depending on stock availability. On some occasions we may request that the item be returned to us before approval.
