Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped with Australia Post between Monday to Thursday. We currently ship within Australia only via standard shipping. Shipping rates are $10 for orders under $150 or FREE for orders over $150 (excluding bulky items).
Returns
Please email hello@vici.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for returning items to us at Unit 9, 178 Redland Bay Rd, Capalaba QLD 4157.
Items must be in their original conditions, unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with the original tags and packaging.
We do not provide refunds on sale items.
Damages
Manufacturing faults are rare, but if you receive a product or garment with a fault please email us at hello@vici.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
To receive a refund or exchange, please:
- Leave all original tags attached.
- Take hi–resolution, well–lit photos of the product faults and include them in your email.
- We will review your claim and upon approval a full refund or exchange will be provided, depending on stock availability. We may request that the item be returned to us before approval.
