It takes about 1–2 business days for your online order to be processed and shipped. We are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
General shipping guides are:

Brisbane 1–2 days
Sydney 2–3 days
Melbourne 2–3 days

Please note that public holidays or carrier delays may affect delivery times. 



Please email within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for returning items to us at 236 Old Cleveland Rd E, Capalaba QLD 4157.

Items must be in their original conditions, unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with the original tags and packaging. 

We do not provide refunds on sale items. 



Manufacturing faults are rare, but if you receive a product or garment with a fault please email us at within 14 days of receiving your order.
To receive a refund or exchange, please:

  1. Leave all original tags attached.
  2. Take hi–resolution, well–lit photos of the product faults and include them in your email. 
  3. We will review your claim and upon approval a full refund or exchange will be provided, depending on stock availability. We may request that the item be returned to us before approval.
